Shipping rates vary depending on what you are ordering and where you live. Prices will automatically update with the shipping calculator upon checkout. If it says there is ‘No shipping methods available’ then please contact me and i will give you a quote asap. I will ship to the whole of the UK and shipping prices can be negotiated depending on what you are ordering so get in touch!
Board shipping
New boards and high value vintage/used boards will be delivered personally to ensure safe and secure delivery of your board. This way you do not have to worry about damages or being around for the delivery as we can deliver whatever day/ time suits you.
Fins and Accessories
Other smaller items will be shipped using a tracked courier service and will be very well packaged. Delivery will vary depending on location but all items will be dispatched within 24 to 48 hours.
Local Collection
All items can be collected personally free of charge either from the workshop or storage facility.
Returns
We offer a 14 Day returns policy if you are unhappy with your product. The item must be unused, with all original tags still attached. Please get in contact via telephone or email electrofishsurfboards@gmail.com before returning. Please return items to the address found on our contact page. Once returns are received we can offer an exchange or refund. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
